MINUTES Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. No pear tree due to maintenance concern. Ayes: Centanni, Shanes, Kline, Lewis, Terlep and Mulcahy No: None #6 CABINET & LANDSCAPING - AT&T - 30150 Harvard Rd. - Joe Kilcoyne, Representative Present: Joe Kilcoyne PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve by Kline; seconded by Lewis subject to landscape plan being coordinated with the exact location of the right-of-way and the Village Engineer’s review and final approval. Ayes: Centanni, Shanes, Kline, Lewis, Terlep and Mulcahy No: None #7 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT · Temple Emanu El – base coat curbs are in/asphalt parking · T-Mobile – completed cabinet work · Barkley owes $13,000 – meeting tomorrow · Weintraub – house demo on the 10/25/07 · Frank Cangemi – dilapidated barn fixed up · Cupola back on Village Hall building #8 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION No meeting on November 6, 2007 due to election. The next meeting will be held November 20, 2007. Motion to approve the minutes of the September 18, 2007 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Kline. Subject to date change August 21st not 27th on page 3, under corrections, 2.
