Brian Hitt called the meeting to order at 7:36 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Jonathan Shanes, Scott Lewis, John Terlep, Jud Kline
			and Brian Hitt.

Members Absent:	Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

PZ Discussion:  Motion to approve was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.

ABR Discussion:  Motion to approve subject to the finishes matching the existing house was made by Kline; seconded by Terlep.

PZ/ABR Discussion:  The board members had many unanswered questions and felt a representative
	from the landscape company needed to be present as well.

	concrete block’  and the vinyl siding to match existing house was made by Shanes; seconded by Terlep.

#5	WALKING PATHS

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Jud Kline recused himself, as he was the architect for the project.  Joint motion to
		approve subject to the approval of the Engineer’s comments and using crushed, 
		compacted limestone was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.

No:	   Shanes
Abstain:  Lewis and Kline

#6	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

The Temple Emanu El project is moving along.

#7	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

Scott Lewis commented about the “rent to own” sign at the corner of Orangewood Drive and Lander Road. 


Motion to approve the minutes of the November 20, 2007 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Shanes.

Motion to approve the minutes of the December 4, 2007 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:58 pm.
