AMENDED MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.

Members Present:	Anthony Lazar, Jud Kline, Herb Braverman, Scott Lewis, Brian Hitt

Others Present:	Rebecca Schaltenbrand, Asst. Law Director
			Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner

#1	LANDSCAPING			- Mark & Kathy Aronica, Owner
					- 29900 Emery Rd.

No Action Taken.

Proponent will resubmit revised plans showing landscape installation in 2 phases, 
and construction plans for the deck.  Owners to be present at the next meeting.  

#2	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	At 27500 Chagrin Blvd., a temporary (Halloween) store will take occupancy soon.   
	A temporary banner/sign will also be hung.  
·	The University Hospital facility (3909 Orange Place) is proposing a portable medical 
	nuclear trailer to be used for the Ireland Cancer Center.  
·	In regards to Sandy’s Gas ‘n Go (28021 Miles Rd) the gas tanks have not been 
	removed yet.  Assistant Fire Chief Bob Wilson has contacted B.U.S.T.E.R. 	to get them removed.
·	“The Diner” suspended operations today.  The pizza portion of the restaurant remains open.

#3	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	There is an interested party wanting to lease a portion of the Saturn Auto Dealership 
	for use as an auto body business.   At the next PZ/ABR meeting (October 5th) there 
	will be a discussion on this subject as well as David Hartt and other representatives 
	in attendance.  


Motion to approve the Minutes of the September 7, 2010 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.

No:	    None
Abstain:   Braverman

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
